DAY 11: DISNEY SPRINGS
Today was a great day because it wasn't swelteringly hot. We went to springs and my mood was so much better because of the weather. Can't believe the humidity was affecting me this much! Nice to know I'm not completely crazy (just a lil bit).
Bought some cute Disney stuff. Had Joffrey's coffee. Lunch at Raglan Road (bread and butter pudding was yum). Our missing alligator statue has returned! Sat by the pool as the sun set - like old times.
DAY 12: MAGIC KINGDOM
Got up nice and early to arrive at MK for resort rope drop. Hurried over to Adventureland - had to wait for second rope drop lol who knew.
Rushed over to Jungle Cruise. Tiki room. Found out Big Thunder Mountain was down.
Peoplemover. Tomorrowland Speedway. Waited in a long line for coffee. Cheeseburger spring rolls! Space Ranger Spin. Carousel of Progress. Went to go use up the spare LL on Haunted Mansion and BTM became available - off we went to BTM!
Casey's corner for lunch. Main St for coffee and checked out some stores. Stocked up on sugar. Back to the resort. Storm’s a comin! Grabbed dinner in the nick of time. Watched Mr Fruit codenames. Supposed to do Happily Ever After fireworks but we correctly predicted the timing of the storms and chose to avoid it.
DAY 13: EPCOT
Slept in. 10:30 bus to Epcot. Nemo & Friends (cute!). Lil wander through gift shops & Mexico.
Space 220 for lunch (lunch in space - 220 miles "above" Epcot) very cool, felt like we actually left Earth. Living with the land. Bus home. Coordinated late check out 👌
Chilled for the afternoon. Dinner in the room with Mr Fruit again. After the rain passed, went for a walk and saw a glimpse of the MK fireworks . Hung out by the pool until bedtime.
DAY 14: BEACH CLUB
Sleep in. Uber to Beach Club to check out the Epcot resort area. Beach Club looks like a great place to stay next time ;) Walked around the boardwalk loop. Lunch (& dessert) at Beaches & Cream.
A failed Uber attempt back to POFQ 😓 Ended up taking multiple buses instead. Packing our bags for tomorrow :( Chill by the pool before dinner.
DAY 15: TRAVEL DAY
Late check out. Sat around the resort until it was time to leave :(
Grabbed bags from bell services. Uber to the airport. Ate a light dinner.
Multiple flights delayed = very busy airport terminal. Boarded the plane and had to wait on-board for an extra 45? minutes while the plane was refuelled.
Landed in YVR at around midnight local time.
