Wednesday 15 May:
Epcot

By Wednesday of our Disney adventure, we were back on track with our plans and off to Epcot. We kicked off the day with Spaceship Earth. From there, we explored the sights until the World Showcase opened at 11am.

A foodie’s dream, we wandered from country to country, selecting small treats to sample along the way. A troll horn from Norway, smokehouse BBQ from the United States, and a tiramisu popsicle from Italy. Delish!

By the time our world tour was complete, the sun was well and truly burning. We decided to head back to the resort for a few hours to rest and pretty ourselves up for dinner.

We headed back to Epcot in the evening for our dinner reservations at Monsieur Paul, a French fine dining restaurant. We’d booked this a number of months ago, after missing out on reservations for Victoria & Albert’s (Disney World’s best rated restaurant). Monsieur Paul was hands down the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was spectacular, from appetizer to dessert. Aaron’s favourite dish was the complimentary bread! 😆

After a gorgeous dinner, we exited the restaurant just as the fireworks show had started. A perfect end to a great evening.
